For this second drawing session we had a really nice lady who had a sort of childish quality, some innocence in her poses. She was lots of fun to draw.

Ave Cesar

I've started doing life drawing again, it's been such a long time  and it feels great to do it. This is definitely the basic of everything, the ultimate construction in art, don't know why I had stopped... anyway this model was fun to draw, I kept thinking of some emperor as I was drawing him, some sort of Cesar, he had this nobility in his pose this is why he probably comes up a bit younger on paper. I realized it's a good tip to imagine the model as a character, it helps to give direction and personnality. I'll think about that for next session.

LA Buildings

I did these apartment buildings just in front of central market. I kinda liked the idea of drawing ridgid structures freehand to give it a bit of life.

Jake's Burger

This is My favorite Burger spot in Pasadena. Had to do a restaurant study on Ed's master class. Night and Day atmospheres. Still need to work and making those flat walls less rigid I think. This was my first digital paint using the Cintiq, but I'm pretty happy with the result. They promised me some free burgers if I comeback with the result, I'm looking forward to this.
